and I WILL be calling the SVP today! Sprint techs are horrible! They looked at my phone for two minutes, and then they were like..."well, none of the (5) things you said were wrong with your phone are happening while we looked at it." WTF! Like it does it on demand! MORONS! **Sorry for the little rant.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Thanks to those who reported this post, I was a bit on the edge whether to delete it or leave it, but this information is widely available on the internet elsewhere as well, so I don't see it as a problem. I am not even sure if these numbers are correct anymore, or if they ever were for that matter.

True. They may in fact be very old.

Yeah, these numbers are very widely available, so why not have em in here..

I just want some decent customer service. I work in sales for apple and  we pride ourselves on  service.

Interesting fact...my sales team consists of about 25 people. There are three pre owners and only one iPhone owner.
In my opinion, that says something right there!!!
