From the day CSI Miami CSI Miami DVD came on TV my husband and I have watched CSI Miami.  For that matter we watch ALL the CSI's. I enjoy the show immensely and the characters in it.  I have found that they follow the forensic techniques to the "T".  They are spot on. I know that some readers may think that a lot of the stuff they do while investigating their crimes seems a little far fetched or may not even be real. Grey's Anatomy DVD I can assure you that they are real without a doubt. I am a HUGE true crime buff.  I read True Crime books all the time.  I watch everything I can find on TV pertaining to True Crime.  I even watch the reruns over and over again. About a year ago I read a book written by the head CSI person in LA County, California.  It was there that I realized that without a doubt the CSI Two and a Half Men DVD shows follow forensic techniques perfectly. There have been shows on CSI depicting the analysts entering a Shoe Print into the "Shoe Print Data Base".  I'm sure many thought there was no such thing.  Wrong!  There is.  Shoe manufacturers take a print of every sole on every shoe they manufacture.  It is entered into the "Shoe Print Data Base".  As new shoes with a new design come out they add them immediately. Weeds DVD The CSI person then enters a shoe print he found at the scene of a crime into the data base.  It will then give them the results telling them what brand, style, etc the shoe is.  That shoe print will remain in the data base forever.  That way they can do a comparison should a suspect become available. Many shows have depicted the use of different types of flashlights to view True Blood DVD the scene of a crime or to view evidence.
