Just wondering if anyone else here received this email.  I dont think it applies to me, but I suck with legal stuff

i got it too...  i like the heading - i thought they cancelled my plan for tethering to the phone  laugh

i think it does apply to you if you were a customer between the given dates because you were under an illegal contract where they were charging a fixed price to terminate your plan.  i didn't get into the details, but you might be able to get $3.54 (or whatever $14M divided by the total number of customers equals Wink )

Yeah, I actually got scared because I thought they somehow found out about the modding I had been doing and were cancelling me...even though I know better!

I got the email. I haven't read too far into it but as far as I know it is only if you had to pay the illegal ETF. I'll read more into it later.
