Soccer? the real name its FOOTBALL!!! Real football, not NFL football (which I also love! - Go Patriots!) laugh

Now, this is my favorite sport!, Barcelona took the trophy home...

by the way, I follow 100% the Italian league Serie A. My favorite team is Inter... that makes me an Interista!

Hehe I know what the real name is, just didn't want to be cocky Grin I basically follow the Bundesliga, Series A ocassionally.

In your case the real name would be Fussball... or Fußball (dont know what the difference is) Tongue

Germany used to be my favorite team in the late 80's early 90's!
Dont know how old you are and if you know or remember these german legends:
Jürgen Klinsmann, Lothar Matthäus, Rudi Völler, Andreas Möller, Andreas Brehme and Thomas Häßler
What a team that was!!!

Now as far as National teams, my favorite is Italy and Spain...  Grin

Cool I didn't know you are that much into Fußball.. I'm 26, of course I remember all those guys Wink In fact, most of them are still active in soccer management. Klinsmann was our chief coach during the World Cup here in 2006. And you are right, that team back then was really great!

Wagner was pretty good!

For the confederations cup, I was disappointed that USA couldnt keep the winning score for the 2nd half.  I dont really like Brazil as a team, just like some of their famous players
