1) let us set different ring tones for messages, reminders and so on.
2) Let users disable the emergency call button...my butt dialed 911 two times last week.
3) I want to know I got a text message, but I dont want everyone to be able to see it...what happened to the security?Huh?
4) When is the flash player coming out for palm?
5) Why did palm simplify this phone down to the point where it has no features. I like my centro better. Now that is pathetic
6) I want a feature that allows me to see what events I have going on that day.

Is this a genuine question or problem thread or are you another iphone fan trying to make yourself feel good by ragging on another phone? And I don't really understand what you are talking about with the majority of things in your "problems"

1.) There is the ability to set different ring tones currently but you have to add it via homebrew unfortunately, but if I remember correctly this is something that they will be addressing in the 1.2 update.
2.) I dont know what button you are referring to because I can't find it. And how are you dialing with your butt as the phone naturally goes to sleep mode as well as the phone is gesture oriented so it would be very difficult to open the dialer then dial something especially considering that the gestures are registered via heat sensors so through your pocket would be nearly impossible.
3.) Notification bar... need I say more.
4.) Lots of rumors, supposedly sometime in Oct, but who knows for sure.
5.) No features? What features is it missing that makes you say this as this phone has quite a bunch right out of the box.
6.) Calendar?

If you are not a iphone fanboy posing on this site then I apologize, I have just seen this a bunch of times and that type of activity, which is actually really sad and juvenile. If these are true questions or "problems" I really am not following on a few of these.

2.) The button he is referring to is the one on the lock screen. There is an "emergency" button on the lock screen that, if pushed, dials 911. And capacitive touchscreens use the electrical current from your body to register touches, so it's so hard to accidentally turn on the screen while it's in your pocket, I've done it before while it was in my front pocket.
3.) Correct me if I'm wrong but I think he's talking about the fact that when you get a text and your screen is off it shows who sent the text as well as the beginning of the message.
5.) I'm pretty sure he's talking about things like the lack of a video camera.
6.) Something on the main screen.

1. Do a little research dude. Totally possible.

2. Put it in your front pocket. Now you won't crack the screen either.

3 is fixable.

Its in the Screen and Lock settings

4. Hopefully by end of year.

5. Hah, good one.

6. This is the only valid complaint. There is an app in the works that does this. Its called "Active Home Screen".

1.
Taking video via camera (What were the developers thinking?)
Video player capable of most common CODEC.  Enough of this restricted crap. I can convert most to meg3, acc, divix, etc and play it on the treo using pocket pdqplayer TMPC freeware....downloaded on Pixi but can't launch it at all
A battery that last at least 24 hours normal operation. A pain to recharge in mid afternoon makes one have buyer's remorse.
More insulation on the back as the battery heat when it is discharging.  Why develop something that burns a hole in your shirt when only 13% is left on the charge. (LOL)  (Oh, don't bring it to a concert...battery life is shorter than the show using the camera feature.

Please. Fix the "Out of Memory" error that many of us get when we try to install apps.
