For sure.
I try to talk about having it as little as possible. I noticed when they give credit to TIM they also call him by his full name... Pixicentral even made a point to say "illegitimate copy"

I also try not to talk about it... and used it very little... I wanted to get a feel of the OS, but I will wait until we get the actual phone to play with it! plus I will have to wait a month (if there are any available) after release date to get one for me! So dont be sad pratikpatel.. you made it happen and we all know it... Im sure TIM is going crazy with emails and comments... I definitely wouldnt want that... unless i got paid to do it!

Yeah you guys are right.. but be sure we know where all this comes from pratikpatel Although I'm not so worried anymore about this NDA over the SDK because of Palm's post in their developer blog: We overreacted to the whole disclosure issue. We’ve been in stealth and super secret mode for so long now, we needed a real world conversation to see how we needed to work things so everybody can operate in their own environment. http://pdnblog.palm.com/2009/05/a-predevcamp-update/So...

This thread is a little too obvious. It should probably be deleted to avoid legal issues for someone.

So far we are just nicknames But seriously, thanks for your concern, I guess we are far beyond that point with the videos. I think Palm is not taking it that seriously anymore, see my quote. I mean, it's a SDK which is going to be released to everbody soon, as has been released to many who applied for it. So

Apparently it can also used to create great evil as well - why else would there be such incredible secrecy around something that's free and can only benefit the company that created it?
I took the quote from Palm's developer blog to mean they were stupid about their whole nondisclosure tiff with the developer camp (e.g. legal threats over the fact that the developer camp guys revealed that they had signed an NDA, which itself was not allowed by the NDA), but didn't extend it to the stupidity over the limited release of the SDK itself.
