Awesome job, keep it going!  I have been smoke free 15 days as of today.  I'm using Chantix though, not cold turkey.  I have been a smoker for at least 23 years and was smoking a pack to a pack and a half a day.  I'm a firm believer that if I can quit, ANYONE can!  Wink  Do not give up

I quit 7  months ago and it was the best thing I ever did, now I have more money to buy new toys like the PRE! In my experience just cutting down won't work, you need to stop altogether, so the quicker you can put them down completely the better.  Good luck!

To be honest, im really sick of smoking, so i think i'll be ok. it makes me congested. feel like shit after a night of drinking and smoking.

Congrats & Good Luck - i'm a smoker - quit for about 4 days in april - but i have too many stresses right now that i feel like having a cig is better than spending my life behind bars on a homicide charge  Wink
I know i wont be able to just quit, maybe i'll go to the dr and see if insurance will cover a script??

You have to ask yourself....Does that cig really help your stresses? I went to my uncles funeral on mem day and got some camel lights. Was trying to quit that wknd. but in no way did it help with what i was going through. Literally only my second day smoke free. And i already think i have more energy than before.
