i downloaded and installed webos 1.2.1 and i still cant get itunes to show my device.
is there anything short of resting my device to fix this issue

Dump iTunes.  Windows Media Player works great for me.

Has it occurred to you he might use a mac? To answer the question I'm not sure what the problem is, I just tested mine and it syncs just fine.

I use  MediaMonkey free version and works fine with my Pixi.  Cheesy

id never be caught dead using a mac.

funny thing is, if i plug in the pre and select media sync itunes launches but doesn't show the device

you can now use media player with a mac

and media player doesn't show the device eather. i could just copy my music over but then all of my album art shows up in the picture viewer and it annoys me
