Hey all, I am getting a replacement for this pre tomorrow and I know that the pre does its data backup every day...but how do I retrieve that data to tge phone I'm getting tomorrow?  The sprint guy looked at me dumbfounded when I asked him

Also, is it all of my contact/account info that is backed up?

When you get the new one, you will simply put in your profile name that your pre is being backed up to and all the information will sync up to the new phone.  you need not input everything again!
