Can the Pixi (or any other Palm) support languages other than English? And I guess I mean non-Roman letters languages, such as Chinese.

Just curious. Definitely not a dealbreaker although definitely a perk.

I'm 100% positive there will be other languages supported but as for which ones we don't know this yet. I'll do some sleuthing for ya though.

I've discussed this in other thread regarding Japanese actually. Linux natively supports displaying Unicode text(although depending the font they use there could be problems), but input is very questionable. Palm has replied to me once or twice regarding the issue, not really giving details but expressing that they hope or expect their phones will come with minimal to no problems regarding locale languages.
