I went through a couple of carrying cases for the Pixi. Brought both back within a day. The Palm case is way overpriced ($38 with tax a Best Buy). The others I looked at were cheaper but either too tight, too loose, difficult to remove, etc.
This case is perfect. I would have like a different color than the Red, but it isn't bad. Everything else about it is perfect for the Pixi. I use the Invisible Sheild now, but without it, this case has nothing that will scratch the phone. The elastic end makes it nice to place in and remove easily. Like the other cases, it allows you to push a finger up below the corner of the phone and to easily grab and remove from the pocket. The strap uses velcro and not a magnet. It covers just enough to keep it snug and not allow it to fall out. The slightly larger size and the material it is constructed gives me an easier handling of the phone without the worry of mishandling the phone and dropping it; which I had with some of the other cases. I also can hook my bluetooth to the elastic strap and it stores securely.
