uh...how do I know its charging?

OK, silly question right? But after swapping out the new backing for the phone and laying it on the charger I thought I would see an battery indicator change showing that it is charging. Does it change for you?

Just to be sure, I disconnected the cable from the TS and connected it directly to my Pixi and it automatically began to charge. At least this way I know my cable is ok.

You are correct. You should hear a "kerplun" sound and at the bottom it will say charging with the lightning symbol. Move it around a bit to get the right fit. Make sure it's not upside down (I did that. Wink
If none of that works, do a soft reset of your Pixi.

Actually upside down seems to work just as well. That's how I have it mounted to my car. Smiley

Plug it into the wall (or a power strip).

I dont have one, but I am guessing she means to take the puck charger that came with your PRE and plug the USB end into that, and the plug that into the wall.  Correct me if I am wrong though...

No when you get your TS you're supposed to use your existing USB cable. There is no 'plug'.

Didn't you get the puck with your PRE that plugs into the wall? A usb cable plugs right into it, kind of looks like a thicker hockey puck.

I also don't think that's correct, afaik you should plug your touchstone into the wall for power supply.
