Maybe, but I will have to see the quality of that cover to be convinced. Also, it's gonna be hard to use the touchstone without the original cover.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy that there will be more and more larger batteries, we just have to see how the work.

http://www.seidioonline.com/product-p/bacy26pmpre-bk.htm

Made by Innocell. Cut and pasted from site:

This Innocell extended battery provides up to nearly twice the capacity than the standard battery. Even with heavy phone and data usage, this battery will keep your Pixi charged and ready to go.

- Developed exclusively for the Palm Pixi
- Nearly double the capacity than the original
- High quality Japanese cells
- Includes an rubberized battery door to improve grip
- Extends the depth of your device by only millimeters

Edit: The difference between this and the 1350 one is that this one is bigger and the other one is not. Theoretically, this provides longer lasting power.

Yes it includes a door.

I guess, but i just hope they make it like the battey get longer to, so that it can have the same capacity, but by getting less thick, or same thichness but more capacity. Because unless they plan on giving it a weird shape, it will make the phone thick just as much.. Let me show you what i mean in a picture bellow.

the witting says.

phone,
battery

It doesn't give you the exact amount that it extends the battery life. I guess only time will tell. Doesn't it mean that the higher the mAH, the longer it'll last???

EDIT:
One particular thing I'm curious about, will the battery charging docks work with these extended life batteries??
